4. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
1. Destruction Procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, a separate filing box) and stored for a certain period of time and destroyed in accordance with the reasons for information protection according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations (see Period of Retention and Use).
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained unless required by law.
2. Method of destruction
Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that makes it impossible to reproduce the records.

In principle, the Company does not provide the user's personal information to the outside. However, the following cases are exceptions.

If you request correction of an error in your personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to the 3rd party, the result of the correction process will be notified to the 3rd party without delay so that the correction can be made.
The Company handles personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user as specified in the "Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and does not allow it to be viewed or used for any other purpose.
